Because our ritual creations are handcrafted in limited quantities, pre-orders are fulfilled in the order they are received.

Creation Timeline

Some creations, including our ritual candles, are prepared during specific production periods to ensure each piece receives the proper time and care before shipment.

Pre-order items may require additional processing time. Estimated shipping timelines will be provided with your order confirmation, and updates will be shared as your creation moves toward completion.

Spelled Candle Pre-Orders

Due to the ceremonial preparation involved with our spelled candles, these creations may require up to 4 weeks for completion and delivery.

Each order is prepared according to its scheduled creation period, and you will receive shipping confirmation once your piece is ready.

Clear Guidelines For Cancellations, Returns, And Exchanges

• Order cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase.

• To request a cancellation, contact our support team as soon as possible.

• Orders that have entered processing, production, or fulfillment cannot be canceled.

• Approved cancellations requested within the cancellation window will receive a full refund.

Return Policy

Damaged Items

• If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.

• Photos and details regarding the damage may be required to assist with verification.

• Damaged items may require a carrier investigation before a refund or replacement is issued.

• Once approved, we will provide a refund or replacement based on the circumstances.

Unopened Items

• Unopened and unused items may be eligible for return consideration.

• Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Items Not Eligible For Return

• For safety and hygiene reasons, candles that have been lit cannot be returned.

• Due to the personal nature of skincare products, opened skincare items cannot be returned.

• Used, opened, or altered products are not eligible for return.

Exchange Policy

• Exchanges may be requested within 5 days of receipt for unused items in original packaging.

• Exchange items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received.

• Return shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

• Any difference in product value will be refunded or charged accordingly.

Lost Package Policy

• If your package is lost during transit, please contact us so we can begin an investigation with the shipping carrier.

• Once the carrier confirms a lost package, Haus Of Alchemy will work with you to determine the appropriate resolution.
