Your pre-ordered items will be shipped on a first-come, first-served basis, reflecting our commitment to excellence and dedication to your satisfaction. Due to the intricacies of our craft and the alignment with specific moon cycles, days, and times, our spelled candles can only be created twice a month. As a result, delays may occur as we ensure each creation is imbued with celestial energies and enhanced potency.

At Haus of Alchemy, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and creating a seamless shopping experience. Below are our policies regarding cancellations, returns, and exchanges to help answer any questions.
Order Cancellations: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. For assistance, contact our support team at support@thehausofalchemy.com or call +1 404.791.2098. A full refund will be issued for timely cancellations.
Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged product, contact us within 5 days. We will request photos and details about the damage to initiate the return. Damaged returns must follow a UPS investigation. Once verified, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement, based on your preference.
Unopened Item Returns: If experiencing buyer’s remorse, unopened items may be returned. Contact us to initiate a return, and once we receive the item, a refund will be processed.
Lit Candles: For safety, we cannot accept returns for candles if the wick has been lit.
Skin Care Products: Due to the personal nature of our skincare products, we cannot accept returns.
We accept exchanges for products of equal or lesser value within 5 days of receipt. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Any difference in value will be refunded.
For packages lost in transit, we will open an investigation with UPS. Once confirmed, we will replace the lost item at no extra cost.

While Pyre is not made to order, each candle is created during powerful celestial events aligned with banishing and protection. Depending on when your order is placed, your candle may take up to 2–4 weeks to ship while it’s in the process of being cast, cured, and consecrated. You will be notified of shipping dates based on the current ritual cycle.
Pregnancy Warning:
Due to the presence of Basil, Cinnamon and Clove essential oils, this candle is not recommended during pregnancy. Please consult our Pregnancy Warning for more info.

2. Can this product be customized?
Not as in change of formula; however, You'll receive a card with a link and password to the spell. This is where you can personalize the candle to your needs.
