Refund & Replacement Policy

At The Haus of Alchemy, your satisfaction is our priority. Below is our policy for returns, replacements, and refunds.

No Refunds on Lit Candles

We cannot issue refunds for any candles that have been lit. However, if a candle arrives damaged, we’re happy to provide a replacement.

No Refunds on Skincare Products

Due to the personal nature of our skincare products, we cannot offer refunds on these items. This policy ensures the highest quality and safety for all customers.

Buyer's Remorse (Unopened Items Only)

If you have second thoughts and the package is unopened, contact us to initiate a return. Once we receive the item in its original, unopened condition, a full refund will be issued. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Damaged Products

For damaged items, we partner with UPS for delivery claims. Please contact us immediately and provide photos of the damage, as UPS requires them for investigation. Once the investigation is complete and UPS issues a refund to us, you may choose between receiving a refund or a replacement product.

Lost Packages

If your package is lost in transit, UPS will initiate an investigation. Once they confirm the package is lost, we’ll promptly replace your item.
