At Haus of Alchemy, your satisfaction is our priority. Below is our policy for returns, replacements, and refunds.
30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible:
- The item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, contact us at support@thehausofalchemy.shop. If your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned:

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your original item. Once your return is approved, make a separate purchase for the replacement item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return and let you know if your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
Specific Cases:

Lit Candles: No refunds, but replacements are available if damaged upon arrival.

Skincare Products: No refunds due to personal use and safety.

Buyer’s Remorse (Unopened Items Only): If the item is unopened, you may return it for a full refund. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Damaged Products: Provide photos immediately; we partner with UPS for delivery claims. Once the investigation is complete, you may choose a replacement or refund.

Lost Packages: UPS will investigate lost shipments. Once confirmed, we will promptly replace your item.
