Haus Of Alchemy creates certain products by hand and in small batches. Because handmade production involves natural materials, individual preparation, and variations between batches, the exact appearance of one creation may differ from another.
Variations in color, scent, texture, finish, botanical placement, crystal placement, and other visual or sensory characteristics may occur as part of the manufacturing process.
These variations are not necessarily defects and do not, by themselves, indicate that a product is damaged, improperly made, or materially different from the product described.
WHAT YOU MAY NOTICE
Depending on the product, you may notice differences in:
- Color, tone, or shade
- Botanical, herb, or crystal placement
- Fragrance intensity or scent characteristics
- Texture, consistency, or finish
- Shape, surface characteristics, or appearance
- Appearance between individual production batches
Natural materials may also vary in color, size, texture, fragrance, or other characteristics.
Product photographs are provided to represent the applicable creation but may not depict the exact individual item shipped to you. Photography, lighting, display settings, and natural variation may also affect how a product appears.
NATURAL & HANDCRAFTED MATERIALS
Products containing botanicals, crystals, waxes, oils, butters, herbs, or other natural materials may exhibit characteristics that cannot be reproduced identically from one production batch to another.
Handcrafted production is not intended to produce mechanically identical products. Reasonable variations are an inherent characteristic of handmade production and should be considered before purchase.
WHEN A VARIATION MAY REQUIRE ATTENTION
Normal variation should be distinguished from damage, contamination, a significant manufacturing issue, or a product that is materially different from what was ordered.
If you believe your product arrived damaged, defective, contaminated, incorrectly supplied, or materially different from its description, please contact Haus Of Alchemy Customer Support as soon as reasonably possible and provide your order number and photographs when requested.
Nothing on this page limits any applicable consumer rights relating to defective, faulty, unsafe, or incorrectly supplied goods.
