The Haus Of Alchemy Rewards Program allows eligible customers to earn points through qualifying purchases and designated activities and redeem eligible points for rewards offered through the program.

Participation in the Rewards Program is subject to the terms and conditions below. By enrolling in or participating in the program, you agree to these terms.

EARNING POINTS

Members may earn points through qualifying activities made available through the Rewards Program. Eligible activities and the number of points awarded may change from time to time.

Points are awarded only when the applicable qualifying activity has been completed and verified through the Rewards Program. Haus Of Alchemy reserves the right to withhold or remove points associated with activities that are incomplete, invalid, fraudulent, duplicated, improperly submitted, or otherwise do not satisfy the applicable program requirements.

REDEEMING POINTS

Eligible members may redeem accumulated points for rewards made available through the Rewards Program.

Current redemption levels include:

HAUS INITIATE
100 points — $5 reward

HAUS PRIVILEGE
200 points — $10 reward

HAUS LEGACY
600 points — $30 reward

Rewards are subject to the applicable redemption requirements displayed through the Rewards Program at the time of redemption.

Points do not have cash value and may not be exchanged for cash except where required by applicable law. Points are not transferable unless expressly permitted by Haus Of Alchemy.

PROGRAM PARTICIPATION

Participation in the Rewards Program may be subject to eligibility requirements established by Haus Of Alchemy.

Only one Rewards Program account may be maintained per eligible customer unless otherwise permitted by Haus Of Alchemy.

Haus Of Alchemy may review account activity and may correct, reverse, or remove points that were awarded in error or obtained through activity that does not comply with these terms.

PROGRAM CHANGES

Haus Of Alchemy reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Rewards Program, including its earning opportunities, point values, redemption levels, eligibility requirements, or other program terms.

Where required by applicable law, reasonable notice will be provided of material changes affecting existing members.

Changes will not affect rewards or points in a manner prohibited by applicable law.

REWARDS PROGRAM TERMS

Points, rewards, earning opportunities, and redemption requirements are subject to the rules displayed through the Rewards Program.

Additional terms may apply to specific promotions, rewards, or earning activities. Any material conditions applicable to an offer will be presented with that offer.

Haus Of Alchemy does not guarantee that every earning activity or reward will remain available indefinitely.

If the Rewards Program is discontinued, the treatment of unused points and outstanding rewards will be handled in accordance with the terms applicable at that time and any requirements of applicable law.
