Some creations at Haus Of Alchemy are offered through pre-order because they require a dedicated period of preparation before they are ready to leave the Haus. Pre-ordering allows you to reserve a creation before its scheduled release while giving us the time required to complete it properly.

Pre-order creations are fulfilled in the order they are received. The estimated fulfillment timeframe for each pre-order will be displayed on the product page before purchase, so you know the anticipated timeline before placing your order.

Certain creations require additional preparation because of their formulation, production schedule, or ceremonial process. Spelled Candles, for example, may require up to four weeks for completion and delivery. Product-specific timelines will always take precedence over general processing times.

Pre-order timelines are estimates and may change due to production schedules, material availability, seasonal releases, or order volume. If a significant change affects the expected fulfillment period, we will make reasonable efforts to provide an update.
