At Haus of Alchemy, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and creating a seamless shopping experience. Below are our policies regarding cancellations, returns, and exchanges to help answer any questions.
Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellations: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. For assistance, contact our support team at support@thehausofalchemy.com or call +1 404.791.2098. A full refund will be issued for timely cancellations.
Return Policy
Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged product, contact us within 5 days. We will request photos and details about the damage to initiate the return. Damaged returns must follow a UPS investigation. Once verified, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement, based on your preference.
Unopened Item Returns: If experiencing buyer’s remorse, unopened items may be returned. Contact us to initiate a return, and once we receive the item, a refund will be processed.
Lit Candles: For safety, we cannot accept returns for candles if the wick has been lit.
Skin Care Products: Due to the personal nature of our skincare products, we cannot accept returns.
Exchange Policy
We accept exchanges for products of equal or lesser value within 5 days of receipt. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Any difference in value will be refunded.
Lost Package Policy
For packages lost in transit, we will open an investigation with UPS. Once confirmed, we will replace the lost item at no extra cost.
