Due to the specialized nature of our spelled candles, which are crafted during specific celestial events, certain candles may require up to four weeks for processing and shipping. Custom orders may also have different timelines, which will be communicated to you upon order confirmation.

Shipping Days

Our shipping days for standard orders are Monday through Thursday. This schedule allows us to maintain the quality of our products during transit and avoid extended weekend stays in shipping facilities.

Shipping Methods

For domestic orders within the United States, we primarily use UPS 2-Day Mail for shipping, ensuring reliable and swift delivery to your doorstep. If you prefer an alternative shipping method, please contact us before placing your order.

For international orders, we utilize USPS (United States Postal Service) to provide you with cost-effective international shipping options. Please note that shipping times for international orders may vary depending on the destination.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping within the United States for orders totaling $100 or more. This promotion is automatically applied during the checkout process for eligible orders.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs for orders below $100 within the United States are calculated based on the shipping method and destination during checkout.

International shipping costs are determined by USPS rates based on the destination and package weight. These charges will be displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment and estimate the delivery date.

Delivery Times

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, chosen shipping method, and potential customs processing for international orders. While we strive to meet estimated delivery dates, we cannot guarantee exact delivery times.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or stolen, please reach out to us as soon as possible. We will fill out a claim with UPS, who will then conduct an investigation. Once UPS completes their review, we will take the necessary steps to ensure you receive your items.

For damaged packages, please notify us immediately, and we’ll work with UPS to investigate the issue. Once the damage is confirmed, we’ll replace your items at no additional cost.

Signature on Delivery

Although signature on delivery is not standard, we may implement it for orders sent as gifts or high-value items, especially when shipped to an alternate address. This helps to protect your package and ensure its secure delivery to the intended recipient.
