    Clear Guidelines For Cancellations, Returns, And Exchanges

    • Order cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase.

    • To request a cancellation, contact our support team as soon as possible.

    • Orders that have entered processing, production, or fulfillment cannot be canceled.

    • Approved cancellations requested within the cancellation window will receive a full refund.


    Return Policy

    Damaged Items

    • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.

    • Photos and details regarding the damage may be required to assist with verification.

    • Damaged items may require a carrier investigation before a refund or replacement is issued.

    • Once approved, we will provide a refund or replacement based on the circumstances.

    Unopened Items

    • Unopened and unused items may be eligible for return consideration.

    • Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition.

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

    Items Not Eligible For Return

    • For safety and hygiene reasons, candles that have been lit cannot be returned.

    • Due to the personal nature of skincare products, opened skincare items cannot be returned.

    • Used, opened, or altered products are not eligible for return.


    Exchange Policy

    • Exchanges may be requested within 5 days of receipt for unused items in original packaging.

    • Exchange items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received.

    • Return shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

    • Any difference in product value will be refunded or charged accordingly.


    Lost Package Policy

    • If your package is lost during transit, please contact us so we can begin an investigation with the shipping carrier.

    • Once the carrier confirms a lost package, Haus Of Alchemy will work with you to determine the appropriate resolution.
